In most cases, we do not need anyone home for the installation as 99% of our window screens are installed from the exterior, as long as we have access to the location of the screen(s) i.e. no locked gates

What is included in the price?

The price includes the screen itself, all of the necessary hardware required to mount & install the screen product, installation, taxes and warranty.
What is the warranty?

All of Steve's Mobile Sunscreen products are backed by a 1 year warranty. This warranty covers all sunscreens, sliding screen doors, materials, finishes and components. This warranty is provided to the original homeowner and is contingent upon proper maintenance and care of product. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from neglect, customer abuse, intentional damage, animal abuse or acts of nature.

In addition, any Phifer Suntex material is warrantied against defect by Phifer for 10 years from purchase date.
